This Payment Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions for payment of services provided by Push Creative Designs ("Designer") to clients engaging in web design and graphic design projects.
1. Initial Payment:

A non-refundable initial payment for the first phase of the project is required to initiate the project.

The initial payment is due upon acceptance of the project proposal and accepting of the service quote and contract.
2. Billing & Payments:

Our web design contracts include a payment plan worked out with the client in advance. This includes the required deposit amount, hourly or progress payments as applicable, and any remaining balance upon completion.

Once the remaining balance is paid in full, the completed website will be moved from staging to the client’s account so the website will go live.

Payment for ongoing services such as Maintenance, SEO, or e-commerce support is billed in monthly cycles.
3.Payment Schedule:

The total project fee will be divided into installments as outlined in the service quote and contract.

Each installment will be invoiced at specific project phases as outlined in the service quote and contract.

Payment for each installment is due within 3-7 days of receipt of the invoice.
4. Final Payment:

The remaining balance of the project fee is due before transfer of websites or any project files.

Final payment must be made within promptly from upon receiving the final invoice.
5. Late Payments:

Payments not received within the specified timeframe will be considered late.

A late fee of 20% of the outstanding balance may be applied to payments not received within 14 days of the due date.

In the event of late or non payment, work on the project may be paused until payment is received.
6. Payment Methods:

Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo or check.

Details for payment methods will be provided on the invoice.
7. Currency and Taxes:

All fees are quoted in US Dollars.

Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with the project.
8. Ownership Rights:

Ownership of the final project files, including copyrights and intellectual property rights, will be transferred electronically to the client upon full payment of the project fee.

The client may continue to use the commissioned website to promote the clientʼs company or organization regardless of whether he/she chooses to continue further services with Push Creative Designs.

The client does not have the right to resell the design or development to other companies. The client does have the right to add pages onto the existing site or have another company add pages onto the existing site using the commissioned website design/development.

All text, photos, videos, and graphics used as content in a commissioned website must be provided by the client (unless the client has hired Push Creative Designs for content development). The client must have ownership or written permission to use all content he/she provides for use. It is up to each client to ensure his/her design and/or content does not infringe on any trademark, service mark, or copyright laws.

Push Creative Designs is not responsible for intellectual property infringements on behalf of clients. Also, Push Creative Designs will not be responsible for submitted content. Clients should not mail irreplaceable photos or documents, or send content that must be returned through US mail.
9. Refunds:

All payments are non-refundable once work on the project has commenced.

In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the discretion of the Designer.
10. Updates to Payment Policy:

This Payment Policy may be updated or amended by the Designer at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.
11. Cancellation Policy:

If the client changes their mind about working with Push Creative Designs during the initial web design or development phase, they will be billed a fee equal to 50% of the total project cost and responsible for applicable hours completed to date. Depending on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation and any payments received to date, this may mean receiving a partial refund, no refund, or owing additional fees.

To protect clients from unintentional service interruption, clients wishing to terminate any services must request the service termination in writing.
12. Quality Services:

Push Creative Designs take pride in offering high-quality services and professional customer service. While we make an effort to ensure every aspect of our service is to the clientʼs liking, we cannot control every variable. To ensure everything works as desired, therefore, it is up to each client to regularly test the functionality of their website, email, and any other product or service.

If any problem is discovered or an error has been made, please report the issue to us immediately so we may take appropriate action. We cannot be responsible for the perceived loss of revenue. Content changes resulting from a client error and problems related to third-party vendors or technology, such as hosting servers or browser software, may result in additional charges.
13. Search Engine Guarantee:

Every client would like his/her website to rank high in search engine results for selected keywords, yet search engine results are determined by a multitude of constantly changing factors, third-party search engines, and the amount and quality of competition on the internet.

Push Creative Designs guarantees certain search engine-friendly techniques will be used in the creating of each client website, including appropriate use of title and meta tags as applicable. A list of appropriate keywords or phrases is beneficial at the beginning of the project.

If the client is unable to provide the appropriate keywords or phrases we are happy to help. An initial SEO discovery can be included in your project. Additional search engine optimization (SEO) services are available for additional fees and billed by the hour or as ongoing service contracts.

Please note that Push Creative Designs is neither responsible for or can be held responsible for actual search engine results.
14. Privacy Policy:

We will never share your information with third parties unless required to do so by law or requested by you. The information we collect from you will only be used to maintain your services with us and represent our work’s quality to others, such as in our online portfolio.
By engaging in a project with the Designer, clients agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Payment Policy.
